What To Expect

God’s Church of Deliverance is a church overflowing with love, strengthening the family, bettering the community, and affecting the world. Our desire is that you experience the presence of God, the sincere love of His people, and the joyful, bold, and uncompromised teaching of God's Word. There are lots of great opportunities for you and your family to get connected at GCOD. Exciting children’s and youth ministry, together with activities and Life Groups for adults make this a great environment to have fun and grow.

Looking for Something Real?

Are you asking yourself, “Is this as good as life gets? What is my purpose? How do I experience joy and fulfillment in my life?”

Consider this…
"Jesus said, I have come to give you life and life more abundantly.”  Jesus doesn’t want you to “just get by;”  He wants you to have a blessed life, a life filled with joy, fulfillment and purpose.  At God’s Church of Deliverance, we help people connect with God and inspire them to go to new levels in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Worship
You are invited to join in and sing, or just listen, reflect and enjoy the music.  As you worship, think upon the many great things God has done in your life.  As you sing of His greatness, give God all of your worries and cast your cares upon Him. Participating in singing helps you focus on how big God is, instead of the challenges you face.  Our worship can also be expressed by clapping (Ps. 47:1) and lifting of hands (Ps. 63:4).  It’s a time to give thanks.

The Teaching
When Jesus taught, He often used illustrations from the current culture to help people understand God’s Word and expectations.  That’s why at God’s Church of Deliverance, the Sunday messages address relevant issues and how to apply God’s Word to your everyday life.

The Call
“Is your heart right with God?” At some time in everyone’s life they will stand before God and give an account for their life.  At the end of each service, you’ll have an opportunity to respond and ask Jesus into your life as Lord and Savior.  Just knowing God exists isn’t enough.  Romans 10:9 says if you ask Jesus into your heart and believe He is the Son of God, you will be saved.  True peace, joy and purpose come from asking God into your life and building an intimate relationship with Him daily.  If you have any doubt, today you can know for sure…discover, There’s More to Life!

"We would love to have you visit us."
